Company Bio
Born from grit, purpose, and legacy, our firm was founded out of a small, rustic ranch by an individual who has lived through three recessions, a war, a stock market crash, and the .com bust—and thrived. As a second-generation Hispanic American, he carries the story of a family who immigrated from poverty-stricken Central America to the U.S., bringing with them nothing but determination, resilience, and a drive to build something greater.

Raised by a powerful lineage of women who forged their own paths to success, he witnessed firsthand what relentless work, intelligence, and heart could achieve. From the urban struggles of Los Angeles, his mother joined the U.S. Army, earned a degree from Pepperdine, and rose from the lowest levels of 90s-era tech marketing to executive leadership at global firms like BP and PIMCO. His aunt became a celebrated teacher and civic leader. His sister, without a degree, became a top-tier recruiter for elite healthcare institutions. His grandmother still serves her community through childcare in underserved parts of L.A.

Carrying that legacy forward, he put himself through college while working, excelling in athletics, and diving deep into arts, sciences, and advanced technologies. He was mentored by self-made millionaire women leaders and learned every facet of business—from logistics and recruiting to sales and budgeting—alongside Fortune 500 executives and consulting leaders. His professional journey took him through industries like lighting design, adtech, AI, quantum computing, cybersecurity, and high-revenue marketing—each role sharpening his skill set, vision, and impact.

With this rich foundation, he founded our trading and investment firm—not just to create wealth, but to transform lives. The company was built to fund dreams like his mother's 60-acre agri-voltaic farm, and to become a platform for others who come from struggle, hustle, and vision to do the same.
